Description
The KEENON DINERBOT T10 is KEENON Robotics' flagship catering robot: a three-tray delivery platform that carries up to 40 kg per run, a 23.8-inch advertising screen that sells while it serves, and a movable head that responds to the people around it. It is built for restaurants, hotels, cafés, food halls and event venues where a robot has to be useful and likeable at the same time.
On the floor, an ultra-narrow body glides through passages as tight as 59 cm at up to 1 m/s, with vehicle-grade independent suspension keeping soups and drinks level. Pick-up is effortless: open-access trays with AI tray detection, tray lights, on-screen guidance and voice prompts confirm that a dish has been taken and send the robot on to the next table — no button press needed. Adaptive head movements react to movement, touch and delivery events, and interactive buttons let guests confirm or call the robot without touching the screen.
Perception is 360° recognition from 4 stereo vision sensors, VSLAM and an RGB camera; precise positioning maps are built from the robot's own spatial data collection. Patented AI algorithms optimise route planning and multi-robot dispatching, so several DINERBOT T10s — or a mixed fleet with other KEENON models — share a dining room with collision-free scheduling and uninterrupted throughput.
Every T10 can be made the venue's own: head accessories, expressions, voices, skins and large-screen content turn it into a branded mascot, while remote calling and the KEENON app let staff summon the robot, track it, manage tasks remotely and adjust its configuration. A charge lasts 9 to 12.5 hours; recharging from 15 % to 100 % takes about 5.5 hours.
The T10 has its own brochure on this page, next to the DINERBOT series brochure that compares the T3, T8, T9, T10 and T11 side by side.
