Beschreibung
The Unitree H2-D Ultimate J is one of the lettered Ultimate packages of the H2-D, Unitree's wheeled dual-arm humanoid. Unitree develops the H2-D's hardware and software in house, from the actuators and force-controlled joints to the motion-control algorithms, and the mechanical specification reflects that.
The joints use low-inertia, high-speed inner-rotor permanent-magnet synchronous motors on industrial-grade cross-roller bearings, and the arm joints reach a maximum torque of 120 N·m. Each 7-DoF arm carries about 7 kg rated and 15 kg peak, a figure that varies with how far the arm is extended, and reaches about 0.6 m without the hands. The structure combines aerospace-grade aluminium, titanium alloy and high-strength engineering plastics, and the robot is air-cooled.
Without the hands the body has 20 degrees of freedom: seven in each arm, one in the waist (0–115° pitch), two in the head, one in the lift column, which sets the height between 1200 and 1700 mm at up to 200 mm/s, and two in the servo-driven chassis, which reaches 1.5 m/s and turns within about 0.75 m. A LiDAR, a depth camera, collision and ultrasonic sensors guide it, and a 48 V, 30 Ah (1.44 kWh) battery runs it for about 5 hours.
The Ultimate packages share this body and differ mainly in their hands. The hand model of the Ultimate J, with its degrees of freedom and wrist cameras, is confirmed in writing on your quotation; the product photo shows the H2-D with two-finger grippers. The H2-D Flagship and the H2-D Standard are listed separately.
